2.1 Scope of Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any software application, cloud workspace, WordPress plugin, website template, or training module from Profit Agency DEALS ("Licensor"), you ("Licensee" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (EULA).

2.2 Grant of Pro Commercial License

Upon confirmed payment via Stripe or PayPal, Licensor grants Licensee a perpetual (for one-time purchases) or active-term (for VIP Club monthly subscriptions), non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide Pro Commercial License to:

• Install, host, and operate the software applications on Licensee's own domains, servers, and local environments.
• Use the software to produce unlimited commercial deliverables for Licensee's own business and for paying third-party clients (including SEO articles, advertising copy, marketing funnels, websites, surveys, SEO audits, and video scripts).
• Retain 100% of all fees and revenue charged to third-party clients for campaigns and deliverables created using the software.

2.3 Intellectual Property & Redistribution Restrictions

All software systems sold on this store are official rebranded proprietary products of Profit Agency DEALS. Licensee receives commercial usage rights—not source-code resale or whitelabel redistribution rights. Licensee may not resell, sublicense, auction, or distribute the raw software installation archives as a competing software product.

2.4 B2B Tax Invoicing & VAT

Official B2B Tax Invoices containing Licensee's Company Name, Tax/VAT ID, and itemized license breakdown are automatically generated at checkout via Stripe Tax/Invoicing and inside the Customer License Portal (portal.html).

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Subscription Cancellation Policy

3.1 Transparent Pre-Purchase Inspection ("Try Before You Buy")

3.4 Chargeback & Friendly Dispute Prevention

Notice on bank statements: Charges appear as PROFITAGENCY DEALS. If you do not recognize a charge or need immediate billing assistance, please contact alexgeobo@gmail.com first for an instant same-day refund rather than initiating a bank dispute, which delays bank settlement by up to 60 days.

Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

• Zero Physical Shipping Required: All products sold on Profit Agency DEALS are 100% digital software applications, templates, and video training courses.
• Instant Post-Checkout Provisioning: Immediately upon completion of Stripe Checkout or PayPal Express payment, the customer is automatically redirected to the Customer License & Download Vault (portal.html) where their unique License Key, downloadable software archive, License Certificate, and B2B Tax Invoice are available immediately.
